Your face, measured before it is treated.
Every consultation begins with a computer analysis of your face: standardised photographs, 478 landmarks, around thirty measurements in millimetres. Then I decide, with you, with the figures in hand.

Why measure.
By eye, you can see that a face is slightly asymmetrical. Measured, you know by how much, and where. That is the whole difference between “a little more volume here” and “two millimetres less on the left than on the right”.
The gesture becomes more precise, and afterwards we can check what has really changed. Without a reference photograph or a measurement, we compare memories.

Front, profiles, three-quarters. Same distance, same light, same head position, so that two sessions can be compared.

The software automatically places 478 points on the contours of the face, eyes, nose, lips and jaw. I check their position and correct them if needed.

The diameter of the iris varies very little from one adult to another. It serves as a standard to convert distances on the photograph into millimetres.

Height of the three thirds of the face, left-right symmetry, width of the cheekbones, contour of the jaw and chin. Every difference is quantified, not estimated.

The figures decide nothing. I compare them with the clinical examination, with what you ask for and with your expression. Many differences are normal and make your face what it is: we leave them alone.

Same photos, same measurements. We compare. A threshold avoids mistaking a mere change of pose or lighting for a real change.
Safety.
Before injecting, I overlay onto the facial landmarks the paths of the main vessels described in the medical literature. These are zones of caution, not a guarantee: anatomy varies from one person to another, and the examination, the technique and the dose remain decisive.
Your medical history, your treatments and any contraindications are reviewed at every consultation.

Your photos.
Your photographs are health data. They are analysed on the practice's computer, without being sent to an online service, and become part of your medical record. You can ask for a copy or for their deletion.
What the tool does not do
- It does not make a diagnosis: the doctor does.
- It does not decide on treatment: I decide after the examination, and I can set a measurement aside.
- It promises no result: the outcome remains variable.
- It is not a certified medical device: it is a tool developed for my practice and reserved for my own use.
- It does not replace the medical record, which remains separate.
Measurement informs. The decision remains clinical, and it is made with you.
