Appointment terms.
- Online booking requires no payment. It becomes final once confirmed by e-mail.
- You can cancel or move your appointment online up to 24 hours before. After that, by phone on 0492 82 82 62.
- A missed appointment is not charged. After two unexcused absences, online booking is no longer offered and appointments are made by phone.
- If you are very late, the appointment may need to be moved.
- If the practice has to cancel, you are told as soon as possible and offered a new slot first.
- Booking a slot does not commit you to any treatment. Consent to a treatment is never given online: it is obtained at the practice, in writing, after information.
